SUBMISSION INFORMATIONS

Review Process

The ICCIR will follow a double-blind review process. Authors are requested not to include their names and affiliations anywhere in the manuscript. Furthermore, authors should ensure that their identity is not indirectly revealed by citing their previous work in the third person. They should also refrain from including acknowledgements until the camera-ready version of the manuscript.

The ICCIR will maintain a selection rate of 70%, which means that out of 100 registered papers, only a maximum of 70 papers will be chosen for the proceedings.

Paper format and length

Papers accepted for the conference will be allocated a minimum of 5 pages and a maximum of 12 pages in the proceedings. The length of the submitted manuscript should align with the intended length for final publication. Please refer to our Submission page to adapt the proceedings format accordingly.

Conference template

The purpose of a conference template is to provide a consistent format for papers appearing in the conference proceedings. ICCIR strongly encourages use of the conference manuscript templates provided below. ICCIR conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference. Failure to remove template text from your paper may result in your paper not being published.

SUBMISSION SCHEDULE

1. Submission Process

Authors are required to submit their papers in either English or Vietnamese (with a requirement for translation into English). The submitted papers should adhere to the conference's template guidelines for formatting.

2. Review Process

Papers will undergo two reviews by colleagues or scientists in the research field. The reviewers will determine if the papers meet the criteria for the conference proceedings, which include options such as accepting without editing, accepting with minor editing, accepting with major editing, or rejecting. The reviewers will also assess whether the papers meet the criteria for translation editing. The organizers will announce the acceptance of papers and propose the editing fee for non-English papers with exceptionally interesting content, as well as for papers with student first-authors.

The editing fee applies only to non-English papers that require translation into scientific English to meet the conference proceedings criteria or papers with incorrect formatting; and is applicable only in cases where the reviewers suggest that the paper contains exceptionally interesting content. An editorial team is available to assist in enhancing the quality of the papers to meet the conference proceedings criteria, but this service is only provided for papers with student first-authors. Please note that utilizing the editorial service does not guarantee acceptance into the conference proceedings.

3. Editing Process

Based on the reviews, the authors need make the correction of their papers and resend the edited version to the reviewers. The reviewers will determine the acceptation of the papers or the reject.

In the case of non-English authors and student first-authors, the editing cabinet will assist in enhancing the quality of the papers, including translations and suggesting detailed corrections as needed. If the authors accept the suggestions made by the editing cabinet, the corrected papers will be automatically resubmitted to the reviewers. If the reviewer accepts the edited paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings, the author will need to pay the editing fee to the editing cabinet. Conversely, if the reviewer rejects the edited paper, no payment is required.

4. Camera-ready Process

All accepted papers must undergo a thorough self-review, ensuring that all information, including author details, copyrights, and the proof of the final version, is accurate. No corrections will be permitted after the confirmation of the camera-ready version.
