The International Conference on Contemporary Industrial Revolution (ICCIR) is held in HCM City, provides a forum for the presentation of the newest ideas and thinkings in digital technology and allow the leading scientists to exchange information. It will be hosted by the Institute of Developmental Philosophy.
The ICCIR will be held annually in the last week of Mars. All expenses, including air flight tickets, visits, restaurants, and hotel accommodations, will be covered by the Institute of Developmental Philosophy for invited participants during the conference. Additionally, the ICCIR will cover the cost of meals and lunch during the conference for selected authors of oral presentation accepted papers.

Become the Conference Invited
The conference focuses on the influence and important role of speakers in shaping thinking and driving activities. We welcome contributions of ideas and thoughts from both academic and practical domains. Speakers are required to submit their CV and a brief summary of their talk (maximum 200 words). The acceptance of submissions will be announced in the Important Dates section at the appropriate time.

Talk Recording Papers Format
Each speaker will have a 15-minute time slot for their talk, so the length of the talk articles should not exceed this maximum time. The actual presentations at the congress will be recorded and transformed into the final articles. If the final articles exceed a length of 4 standard pages, the congress and publishing editors reserve the right to condense them into the appropriate length for the proceedings format.
Publishing proceedings & Books
All recorded talk papers will be published in printed congress books/proceedings with a unique international ISBN issued by the Institute of Developmental Philosophy. These publications will also be made available online. Subsequently, selected papers, with or without modifications, will be published in a printed book with one or more international ISBN numbers. These papers will also be made available online.
