INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION CONGRESS (IRC'2019)

 


The Annual Industrial Revolution 4.0 Congress is held in HCM City, provides a forum for the presentation of the newest ideas and thinkings in digital technology and allow the leading scientists to exchange information. This congress is the extending events of the main International Conference on Philosphy of Artificial Intelligence (ICPAI) each years.

The Congress will be celebrated in 21 November 2019. All fees (included the Airflight Ticket, the Visit, the Restaurant and the Hotel) are paid by Institute of Developmental Philosophy for Invited (only accepted Invited) during the Conference.

The Institute of Developmental Philosophy (IDP) was established with the decision No 307/QD-LHHVN by the Vietnamese Minister of Science and Technology, under the certificate of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology. The Institute's aim is to promote and facilitate high quality research in philosophy, making it available to the widest possible audience both inside and outside the Vietnam's academic community.

Become the Congress Invited

The Congress focus on the influence and the important role of speakers, in the thinking and the activities. We are welcome all distributions of ideas and thinkings, both in academic and applicants domain. The speakers must send to us the CV and the main idea of the talk (200 words maximum). And we will annonce the acceptation in the correct time in the Important Date part.

Talk Recording Papers Format

The talk will be setup as a 15-minutes for each speaker, so the lenght of the talk articles could not longer than this maximum time. The real talk in the congress will be records to become the final article. If the final articles is longer more than 4 standard pages, the congress and publishing editors reserve the right to resume it into the proceedings format lenght.

Publishing proceedings & Books

All talks recording papers will be published in printed congress books/proceedings in a unique international ISSN of Institute of Development Philosophy and will be made available online. After that, the selected papers (with or without modifications) will be published in printed book with one/some international ISBN number and will also be made available online.
